"Oh, What a Day!" is the 27th episode from Season 1 of Barney & Friends.

Plot Edit

Tina had a rough start to her day and it seems to be getting worse and worse, with the latest incident involving a peer knocking books out of her hands. It turns out that she let her kitten Whiskers out of the house and fears she lost him. Barney and the kids try to cheer her up through songs and activities, but no matter what they do, Tina keeps having terrible luck. Min tells her that she should just smile to make her troubles go away. Barney finds Whiskers and Tina's day suddenly becomes much brighter.

• This episode marks the last appearance of the original Barney Bag. A new design would be introduced in Season 2 and would last until Season 6 (with some upgrades).
• This is the second time Tina sings a sad song before Barney comes to life. The first was "Hop to It!".
• During the song, "Pretty Kitty Blues", Shawn was wearing sunglasses, but he did not wear real ones until Picture This!.
• Tina sings the first verse of "I Love You" and the last verse with the rest of the gang.
• This is the second time Shawn plays the harmonica. The first was in "When I Grow Up...".
• This is the seventh episode to feature only one boy (Shawn).
