Monet Andrea Chandler, (born on April 10, 1985 in Texas), is an actress who portrayed the role of Alissa on television series Barney & Friends. She is the identical twin sister of Maurie Chandler who portrayed the role of Ashley on Barney & Friends as well. Chandler is also known for her roles in the film Black Angels and television shows such as American Crime and Chase.[1]
