Me and My Teddy is an original Barney song that first appeared in Rock with Barney. This song was penned by Kathy, to show her love for her teddy bear. It is her trademark song, although a few other characters (most notably Baby Bop) have sung it over the years as well.

- In Sing and Dance with Barney, Kathy (as a teenager) and Linda performed this song as a duet.
- In Barney's Super Singing Circus, the lyrics: "You know I'm never really frightened at nighttime. You know I'm not even scared of the dark. 'Cause with my teddy right here alongside me I'm not even scared of a shark!" was not used to make the song short, most likely in an attempt to save time.
