Joe Scruggs (born June 21, 1951) is a retired American children's singer-songwriter. He has guest starred in the Season 2 episode, The Exercise Circus! and his two videos, Joe's First Video and Joe Scruggs in Concert have been distributed by Lyrick Studios. He has released many albums. His trailer for one of his videos have been on many Barney video previews.
