Jeffrey was a one-time member in the Backyard Gang, played by Jeffrey Lowe. He only appeared in Barney's Campfire Sing-Along replacing Adam. When the kids were voting on what to do, Michael, Amy, Tina, Luci, and Derek voted for hiking. Jeffrey voted for eating. After he did that, he said, "Well, I can wait until later." Barney was glad that Jeffrey decided to hike. He never made another appearance since that video.
