Duncan Brannan is a voice actor who is well known for doing the voice of the mascot Chuck E. Cheese. He also did the voice of Barney, beginning in 1998 with the personalized Barney video My Party with Barney, then progressing to be the main singer from 2000–2002, after previous actor Bob West decided to retire from the role in 2000, and in 1999 during the filming of Super Singing Circus when he decided to take a day off.
