Brian Sidney Eppes (born September 14, 1979 in Vancouver, Washington) is a former child actor who played Michael on Barney & Friends, as well as in the Barney and the Backyard Gang videos. Brian was raised in Arlington, Texas.

Brian starred in the videos when he was 8 years old until he was 13 years old. He graduated from Arlington High School. He played baseball, football, and was a member of the student council. Brian is skilled in scuba diving and enjoys snow-skiing, fishing, hunting, playing guitar & watching sports on television.

During Brian's summer breaks, he worked for his father's company, Southwest Networks as a lead technician installing fiber-optic and data cable systems. He also worked for the Texas Rangers baseball team. In 2004, Brian was majoring in metorology in college.

In June of 2005, Brian graduated from South Texas College of Law and passed the bar exam in July. He is planning on practicing as a civil attorney in Houston, Texas.

Brian currently lives in Texas with his wife, Meagan.
