Trivia[]
- This video marked:
- The first video since Barney's Pajama Party as well as the final one to not feature the kids in the new material despite still being included in the episode clips.
- The first video since Barney Songs from the Park to feature all the child actors who appeared during seasons seven and eight during the end credits as well as the only one to include the ones who appeared during season nine.
- The final video to be written by Stephen White.
- The fourth time "I Love You" is not sung after Rock with Barney, Imagination Island, and Barney Live! In New York City.
- Despite this, the song along with Lee Bernstein's name are still listed in the credits.
- Another video where Barney does not turn back into a plush doll at the end although this video was originally made during the time season nine finished production, creating a continuity error.
- The final video until A Super-Dee-Duper Day to contain clips from the video during the intro and to utilize the end credit sequence from seasons seven through thirteen.
- The final video to have Jocelyn Stevenson credited as the executive producer. However, Let's Go to the Farm was the final video in production where she served that position since it was filmed in April 2004.
- The final video that Baby Bop is performed by Jeff Ayers.
- The final video that BJ is performed by Kyle Nelson.
- The only other video (alongside Let's Make Music and Top 20 Countdown) to not receive a VHS release due to their discontinuation in 2006 despite all three videos having already been made exactly a year apart prior to their official release dates.
- The final appearances of the Season nine Barney, Baby Bop and BJ costumes.
- The prototype name for this video was Barney's Best Stories.
- The 2005 copyright date is shown at the end of the credits despite the video having already been made in early 2004 after season nine finished production. Some evidence includes the older Barney, BJ, and Baby Bop costumes still being used at the time; the gazebo still having a roof; Riff not appearing since he wasn't officially introduced until Let's Make Music before appearing in season ten; the older ending credits and opening. This means that while the video was finished in 2004, the release was delayed until 2010.
- The UK release of Let's Pretend with Barney included a 20-minute featurette titled Short Stories with Barney showcasing four stories which were included on that video ("Goldilocks and the Three Bears", "The Tortoise and the Hare", "The Fisherman and his Wife" and "The Lion and the Mouse"). This featurette could possibly look like it was filmed around the same time this video was being made. However, "The Lion and the Mouse" wasn't included in the final cut for unknown reasons.
- For some reason, the scene of Barney coming to life in the episode "Red, Yellow and Blue!" is shown despite this video using a custom intro for the theme song.
- As such that scene was previously used for the theme song from the seventh and eighth seasons including the video releases of Barney's Christmas Star, Barney Songs from the Park, Read With Me, Dance With Me and Barney's Best Manners: Your Invitation to Fun!.
- The Mother Goose book from Barney's Rhyme Time Rhythm reappears in this video before the "Little Boy Blue"/"Old King Cole" sequence.
- Colleen, Laura, Miguel, Rachel and Tony are the only children to have their names (including their voice actors) listed during the end credits to not appear in the episode clips.
- This video was released a week after the television series ended.
