• On April 15th, 2013, HiT began a 25 Million Hugs Campaign in order to celebrate Barney's 25th Anniversary. To share virtual hugs with friends or get one from Barney himself, go to ShareBarneyHugs.com. As of April 18, over a million hugs have been shared or given.
• The Little Big Club attractions in Mexico and the Dominican Republic have opened. The Barney music area of the kids program allows children to play with different musical instruments, such as a keyboard that can be played with one's feet. A corresponding live show, featuring Barney and many other HiT characters. One of the resorts will have a Barney treehouse as part of the water park.
• Imagine with Barney will be released on DVD on July 9, 2013.
