Adam was a character who appeared in the Barney & the Backyard Gang videos, starting with The Backyard Show. He wore glasses. He was played by Alexander Jhin on Barney and the Backyard Gang.

He liked to read and, according to Rock with Barney, played piano. For some reason, he wasn't seen on Campfire Sing-Along and was instead replaced by Jeffrey. However, he returned for the remaining 3 videos, but he never appeared in Barney & Friends.
